Last time I had an appointment with this practice I was told to have chicken soup to aid with my flu symptoms. This was the only help and advice I was given. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Our dog was very sick, Nina stayed back after hours for the initial consultation and followed up by getting appointments for Boris at Perth Vet Specialist. Three days after the first Consult Tony performed major surgery, he rang the next morning to check on Boris. Our boy is currently doing well. I thoroughly recommend this practice. They are compassionate, capable and go above and beyond.

I highly recommend this vet. Tony was very thorough, kind and above all calming. Everyone there are super good with the animals (and their owners). Thank you!

I have found all of the professional and admin support staff at this medical centre, which includes Dentist, GP and Skin Clinic, and Pathology, to be very knowledgeable and capable, highly ethical, and also very personable and pleasant to be with.

I had a very unpleasant experience at Park Hospital, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment with others. The incident primarily revolves around the receptionist's incompetence and lack of professionalism, which greatly affected my pre-surgery experience.To begin with, I had scheduled a surgery at Park Hospital well in advance and had diligently provided all the necessary information, including my insurance details. However, just one day before the scheduled surgery, the receptionist informed me that my insurance coverage was not valid for the procedure. Needless to say, this news was extremely distressing, as it put me in a difficult and uncertain situation.The receptionist's handling of the situation was wholly inadequate. Instead of taking responsibility for her mistake, she shifted the blame onto me, claiming that I had not provided the correct insurance information. I was taken aback by this accusation, as I had indeed provided all the necessary details accurately. In fact, I had even downloaded the document that clearly displayed the correct insurance information, which I could present as proof. Yet, she refused to acknowledge her error or apologize for the unnecessary stress and inconvenience caused.Eventually, after further investigation, the receptionist realized that she had made a mistake. It turned out that my insurance did cover the procedure after all. However, even then, she failed to take responsibility for her previous statements and continued to deflect the blame onto me. This lack of accountability and refusal to apologize were extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.The whole experience left me feeling frustrated, anxious, and disillusioned with Park Hospital. It is disheartening to witness such a glaring lack of competence and accountability in a critical department like reception. The primary role of a receptionist is to provide accurate information, assist patients, and ensure a smooth process. In this case, the receptionist's negligence and unwillingness to rectify her mistake significantly impacted my confidence in the hospital.I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering Park Hospital. It is crucial to thoroughly double-check any information provided by the receptionist and ensure you receive the appropriate documentation as proof. In my case, I was fortunate enough to have evidence supporting my claims, but I shudder to think about how this situation might have unfolded had I not been able to prove my innocence.Overall, my experience at Park Hospital was marred by the receptionist's incompetence and unprofessional behavior. I urge the management of Park Hospital to take this feedback seriously and address the issue promptly, as such mishaps can significantly impact patients' trust and confidence in the institution.

I wanted to leave this review after a few months of seeing the results from my recent rhinoplasty and Lower-eyelid blepharoplasty/co2 resurfacing surgery.I trusted Dr Imani with how i wanted my nose to look. I showed him pictures and he gave me his thoughts. Overall 4 months on i am very happy with his work.He is a perfectionist and you can see that through all the images posted on social media, like instagram.If you want amazing results Dr Imani is the man to see.Yes he is expensive, but you pay for the experience he has and those talented hands.Thank you.

From the moment I went and consulted with the specialist Mr Hairul (great sense ofhumour) , to the moment I was assisted into my waiting ride.The service was way above the normal, really friendly, caring, funny nurses and staff (even at 6.20 am at the peak of covid panic).They really made my stay awesome, rooms were very nice and warming , and food was fantastic,Definitely a credit to happy staff making the difference.Thankyou all

Wanted to personally thank the management and specifically Claire at the front of house and first point of contact for the GP practice for the exceptional customer service and communications I reliably receive.Been coming to the GP practice in Iluka since its inception and having had two previous bad experiences at other local practices. Iluka Medical centre and Claire has never failed us and always delivered on all levels every time.Sometimes you attend doctors practices and it’s never when you’re happy, healthy and fighting fit. You can be made to feel unwelcome and an inconvenience and zero care factor!Iluka Medical Practice and Claire always meet and exceed all expectations and set the standards for every other practice and would highly recommend them.Thanks Mark M

Just had my wisdom teeth surgery here and all the staff were absolutely amazing! So caring, kind and compassionate to not only myself but to the other patients going in for their surgery. The hospital itself is immaculate. I highly recommend!
