From the moment I went and consulted with the specialist Mr Hairul (great sense ofhumour) , to the moment I was assisted into my waiting ride.The service was way above the normal, really friendly, caring, funny nurses and staff (even at 6.20 am at the peak of covid panic).They really made my stay awesome, rooms were very nice and warming , and food was fantastic,Definitely a credit to happy staff making the difference.Thankyou all

Yes the building is outdated and the reason why I gave four stars and not five. It’s still clean and well maintained for its age. The food was even good (apart from the burnt toast in the morning haha).The staff are magnificent. Just to name a few Til, Sarah, Steph, Eddie, Anish and I’m sorry I forgotten the other names, everyone went above and beyond to make me comfortable and calm. They were all so caring and I couldn’t recommend this facility anymore. My Surgeon did a fantastic job and my anaesthetist was brilliant. Thank you for looking after me so well.Ignore the bad reviews. This place is nothing like what they say.

had a lump removed from my finger on the 23/11/22. was absolutely blown away by the amazing service from every single staff member, the nurses were absolutely amazing, i had a trainee nurse too who was simply brilliant and very kind and everyone looked after me very well. 100% recommend this hospital to anyone and i’d love for all the staff to see this and congratulate themselves on how amazing they do their jobs.

I haven’t had much past experience with hospitals but I found Waikiki a professional, very relaxing and pleasant place to be treated in. (PS the food was first class).

I was very impressed with the service I received when I went in for a gastroscopy and colonoscopy. The service was excellent from the time you checked in to the time you left. Shout out to nurse Holly - as she made you feel most welcome and was willing to do anything even though it was all not her role.

Had a procedure done at Waikiki yesterday. It is the most beautiful place. The staff were amazing; very caring and couldn’t do enough for me. Doctors too were outstanding. They were very caring and understanding, nothing was too much trouble. All in all a wonderful experience and I can’t praise the staff enough. Thank you everyone.

I just got home from a procedure and can honestly say, it was the best experience. Everyone was lovely, I felt calm, assured and taken care of. Everything was explained fully. The doctors, nurses and admin staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Jess who was wonderful. It’s never nice having a procedure done, but this was the best Experience I could have hoped for and I would always choose to come back here if needed. Thank you!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience while staying at this hospital. They took such amazing care of me while I was there recovering from surgery. The nurses were all amazing, food was good and the overall state of the hospital was amazing. Went into the hospital feeling very nervous about my procedure but the nurses put me to ease.
